By using Skabaco.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. The current experience provides informational, artistic and educational editorial content only.

There are no visitor accounts, submissions, comments, open community, newsletter, checkout, payments or active Digital Editions offering. Future features will have separate terms and safeguards before activation.

Skabaco is available for public browsing by all ages and is primarily created for ages 14 and older. Younger visitors are not prohibited from viewing public content, but they are not invited to submit personal information or independently participate in future interactive features.

Creative, educational and wellbeing-related content is general information. Skabaco does not provide diagnosis, treatment, counselling, crisis response, emergency help or professional medical or mental-health advice, and does not guarantee personal outcomes.

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape in a way that burdens the service, impersonate others, violate law, or use content to harm, exploit or infringe the rights of another person.

Artwork, stories, brand elements, software and editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Viewing a page does not grant permission to copy, adapt, train a model on, mint, sell, publish or commercially exploit the content.

For a good-faith copyright or other rights concern, email the contact below with the work, page URL, basis of the concern and your contact information. GREENIN COMPANY may review, restrict or remove material while assessing the request.

The current site does not accept creative submissions. Do not email confidential proposals, unpublished artwork or ideas expecting compensation, review or a confidential relationship.

General feedback may be used to improve the experience without payment or obligation, but you keep ownership of your original material. Skabaco will not present unsolicited material as an accepted creator relationship.

The site is provided on an as-available basis. GREENIN COMPANY works to keep information accurate and the experience safe but does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, particular results or that every external link will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GREENIN COMPANY is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the informational site or an independent third-party service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
