The standard comes before the claim.
Scope
Skabaco provides general creative and educational information, not medical or mental-health advice. It does not diagnose, treat, counsel, provide crisis or emergency services, replace professional care, collect health information at initial launch or guarantee individual outcomes.

Not every artwork or release will make a public impact claim. When it does, it will meet the standard on this page.
The standard before the claim
Intention becomes evidence — in order.
Skabaco follows one pathway before any public impact claim. Each stage exists so that what is said matches what has been done.

What the initiative seeks to support, in plain language, before any activity begins.

Definitions, safeguards and boundaries that must be met — including youth and integrity safeguards.

Creative release integrity
A release only claims purpose when purpose is defined.
A future Creative Release may include a Purpose contribution only when every element below is defined in writing before the release goes public.
Skabaco does not currently claim that every sale supports a cause, that a portion of every sale is allocated, or that any partner, program or donation is presently active.
The beneficiary or initiative is named.
The amount or percentage is stated.
The calculation basis is explicit.
The period is bounded with a start and an end.
The later evidence is committed to and published.
