Accountable operator
Skabaco is an independent creative and social-impact initiative with its own brand identity. It is part of GreenIn Impact, a program and impact line of GREENIN COMPANY. GREENIN COMPANY, an Ontario sole proprietorship, operates this initial public informational site and is accountable for the practices described here.
No public community is open
Skabaco does not currently offer accounts, comments, submissions, direct messages, public profiles or user-to-user participation. These guidelines describe a minimum standard for a future feature; they do not announce that feature as available.
Create with care
Future participation must respect people, creative rights, cultural context, accessibility and youth safety. Critique ideas and work without attacking, humiliating, threatening or exploiting a person.
- No harassment, hate, bullying, sexual exploitation or graphic harm.
- No doxxing, private-contact disclosure, impersonation or deceptive manipulation.
- No spam, scams, malware, illegal activity or infringement.
- No adult-to-minor direct messaging without specifically designed safeguards.
Rights, attribution and Human + AI
A future contributor must have permission to share the work and identify material AI assistance when required by the submission rules. Submitting work will not transfer ownership unless clear, separately accepted terms say so.
Unsolicited creative work sent by email is not a community submission and creates no review, payment or confidentiality obligation.
Required process before activation
Before launch, GREENIN COMPANY must publish specific reporting, human moderation, review, enforcement, correction, takedown and appeal procedures, supported by trained capacity. No response time is promised before that operating model exists.
Future participation will normally be 14+, subject to local law and guardian safeguards. A youth-focused privacy and safety assessment and a separate owner launch decision are mandatory.
